Test hoof boots in 3 steps !

And this is how it works:

1. Determine the hoof size of your horse!                         

How to determine the hoof size of your horse is shown in the picture below. If you are unsure about the right boot and size, simply take photos of the hooves [from the freshly worked hoof of your horse ( up to max. 6 days later)] ! Photograph the hoof once from the front, once from below (hoof lifted) and once from the side. Then send me the photos so that I can advise you or send me the photos by mail or What's App 01755615336.
 

2. Choose your desired hoof boot !

Select a hoof boot from the boots overview below and enter it as your desired hoof boot under "Your message". 
We will issue an invoice and send it to you by e-mail.
Please understand that we do not deliver coloured versions as test boots, but the standard model (usually black). We do not have separate test boots in stock. Usually, you are allowed to test new hoof boots, which you can keep directly if you like them. Due to the increased effort, the prices may differ minimally from the shop price. The same applies to used test boots which you can keep (at a lower price) or exchange for new hoof boots if you like them.

How to find the right hoof boot size for your horse:

On the freshly worked hoof of your horse (until max. 6 days later) you measure the hooves as shown in the picture.
With rather oval shaped hooves the width of the hoof is more important than the length. The length can also be very difficult to measure or determine with certain hoof shapes, or is then less meaningful!
With rather round hooves the width is usually more important, with rather long hooves the length.
Measure the distances marked in green in the picture.

3. Test the hoof boot of your choice!

  • A consultation costs you nothing if you buy hoof boots from us afterwards. 
  • Nach Eingang der Kaution (= Neupreis + 5,95 € Versand ) schicken wir Ihnen die gewünschten Hufschuhe umgehend zu. Sie können diese dann 14 Tagen testen, evtl. auch länger. Erhalten wir 4 Wochen keine Rückmeldung, ist der Kaufvertrag abgeschlossen!
  • Bei Nichteinhaltung /Verlängerung der Testzeit (14 Tage für 40,- € pro Paar) erhöht sich die  Bearbeitungsgebühr / Testgebühr für jede neu angefangene Woche um 20,00 € pro Paar.
  • Die Bearbeitungsgebühr fällt auch an, wenn Sie die falsche Größe bestellt haben oder Sie die Hufschuhe im angegebenen Zeitraum NICHT testen konnten (unser Service ist zeitintensiv und währenddessen der Testschuh bei Ihnen oder unterwegs ist, steht er anderen Testinteressenten nicht zur Verfügung…). Sollten die Hufschuhe während des Tests beschädigt werden, müssen Sie für die Reparatur aufkommen.
  • The test excludes the use of the boots as rehabilitation / sick boots !!

  • If you are not satisfied, send back the cleaned Hufschuhe (Adresse: Hufschuhanzieher , Forsthaus 1, 37170 Uslar) zurück und Sie bekommen den Preis, (abzüglich der Bearbeitungsgebühr / Testgebühr von 40 € pro Paar für 14 Tage + Porto), erstattet. Bei nicht ausreichend sauberen Testschuhen berechnen wir eine Reinigungspauschale von 15 €/Paar.
  • Important: Bitte vergessen Sie nicht bei Rücksendung eine kurze Notiz ins Paket einzulegen, mit Namen/Adresse UND Ihrer IBAN für Rückerstattungen bzw. Wunschgrösse /-marke, falls Sie die Schuhe umtauschen möchten!
